LPU NEST 2018 is also known by, Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test. It is a university level examination conducted by the LPU University for admission to various courses such as B.Tech, law, MBA, Design, Agriculture, Hotel Management & other courses. The admission to the above mentioned programs will be done on the basis of performance of the candidate in the entrance examination.

Interested aspirants can apply for LPU NEST 2018 at lpu.in. Only those candidates who register themselves will be able to appear in the examination. To download the admit card, the candidates will have to book their slots, without which they will not be allowed to enter the examination venue. The candidates who will qualify the entrance exam will be able to participate in the counselling session. Online Application Form

  • The application form can be obtained through either offline mode or online mode.
  • The offline application form can be obtained at the University campus office.
  • The online application will be available on the University’s website, lpu.in.
  • Fill in the required details in the application form,
  • Make payment for the application fee through online or offline mode.
  • Applicants need to pay an amount of Rs 700 (for boys) or Rs 400 (for girls) for the application fee charges.

Slot Booking

Candidates will have to choose their preferred slot for the entrance examination. The slot booking for LPU NEST 2018 can be done by Online Slot Management System. It is important to do slot booking, as the admit card for the LPU entrance examination will be generated thereafter. Slot booking shall be available 10-15 days, prior the entrance examination.

Admit Card

The LPU NEST 2018 Admit Card will be available for download only after candidates complete the slot booking process. The admit card is a mandatory document to bring at the examination center. The LPU NEST 2018 Admit card will contain the personal details of the candidate and basic information about the exam such as date, time and address of the examination center. Also, the admit card for LPU NEST 2018 must be preserved until the admission process is over.

Result

The result for the entrance exam conducted for various programs will be published online at the University website. Through the result, candidates will be able to know about the marks obtained, rank and the result status. The LPU will also publish a rank list, which will be required at the time of counselling. Candidates can check their result by entering the Username and Password.

Counselling & Seat Allotment

After the declaration of result, the counselling and seat allotment of LPUNEST 2018 will commence tentatively from the first week of May 2018. The counselling session will be held in online mode in which candidates need to select 5 preferred choices. Allotment of seats will be done as per the rank obtained by the candidates and choice filled. After the seats are allotted, the selected candidates will have to download their allotment letter and deposit an initial payment of Rs. 10,000 to confirm their seats.
