The Professional Examination Board, Madhya Pradesh, will publish the MP PPT Result 2018 at its official website, ww.peb.mp.gov.in. The candidates who appeared for the written exam can check their result for MP PPT 2018 by entering their Roll Number and Date of Birth. The selection of candidates for admission to the various diploma courses in the Polytechnic College/ Institute/ University will be on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the entrance exam. To qualify the entrance exam candidates to need to score at least or above the cut off marks which will be decided by the Board.

Only those candidates will be allowed to appear for the counseling whose name appears in the MP PPT 2018 Common Merit. MP PPT 2018 Merit List

Keeping in mind the eligibility for admission in the Polytechnic Colleges, the allotment of institution and brand of the qualifiers of PEB (PPT-2018) will be done on the basis of the Common Merit. Also, the PEB will publish the category wise merit list on its official website.

Tie Breaker Criteria

In case of two or more candidates obtain equal marks in the entrance examination, their inter-se-merit will be determined by considering the following methods:

1. The candidates with higher marks in the Mathematics Section of the PPT 2018 will be ranked higher on the merit.
2. In the case the tie still exists, the candidates older in age will be given higher preference.
3. In the sports competition organized at the national level, the 10 medal winners who have received the gold medal, the merit list will be kept below the same number of candidates who have not received such surcharge.

MP PPT 2018 Counselling

After the declaration of result, the candidates who will make through the merit list will be allowed to appear for the MP PPT 2018 Counselling. The schedule and procedure for MP PPT Counseling will also be published in various newspapers. No call letter will be sent separately in this regard.
