SCERT Assam D.El.Ed PET 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Before applying, candidates must meet the following eligibility conditions set by SCERT Assam:
- Residency: Must be a permanent resident of Assam.
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed Class 12 (10+2 / Higher Secondary) from a recognised Board/Council with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (excluding optional/fourth subject). For SC, ST(P), and ST(H) candidates, the minimum is 45% marks.
- Age: Minimum 18 years and maximum 34 years as on 1 July 2026. For SC/ST(P)/ST(H) candidates, the upper age limit is relaxed by 2 years (i.e., up to 36 years).
SCERT Assam D.El.Ed PET 2026 Exam Pattern and Syllabus
The SCERT Assam D.El.Ed PET consists of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) carrying 100 marks total, to be completed in 2 hours. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. The question paper is divided into two sections:

The SCERT Assam D.El.Ed PET admit card 2026 (hall ticket) will be available at scertpet.co.in from 5 July 2026. Candidates must log in with their registration credentials to download it.
