What does the Army AWES B.Sc Nursing 2027 syllabus include?
The OAT tests five areas with equal weight. AWES does not publish a chapter-wise list; the prospectus only gives the subjects and the Class 11 and 12 standard.

Which topics should I study for each OAT subject?
Since there is no official topic list, the Class 11 and 12 NCERT books are the safest base. Use this plan:
- Physics: all Class 11 and 12 NCERT chapters, such as laws of motion, work and energy, thermodynamics, optics, electrostatics and current electricity.
- Chemistry: basic concepts, chemical bonding, states of matter, equilibrium, organic chemistry basics and biomolecules.
- Biology: cell structure, human and plant physiology, genetics and evolution, reproduction, ecology, and health and disease.
- Aptitude for Nursing: health and hygiene, first aid, basic human body facts, patient care and common medical terms.
- English: reading comprehension, grammar (tenses, parts of speech, sentence correction) and vocabulary.

Each correct answer gets 1 mark and each wrong answer loses 0.25 marks. You need at least the 50th percentile to qualify. If marks tie, Class 12 PCB marks decide first, then your OAT Biology marks, so Biology is worth extra care.

How should I prepare for Army AWES B.Sc Nursing 2027?
- Finish the Class 11 and 12 NCERT Physics, Chemistry and Biology books first, since 60 of the 100 marks come from them.
- Give Nursing Aptitude and English the same time as each science subject; each carries 20 marks.
