Who can apply for CG B.Sc Nursing 2027?
You can apply if you meet the Chhattisgarh Nursing Course Admission Rules 2019, which CME follows for admission:
- Passed Class 12 (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
- At least 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together (40% for SC, ST and OBC).
- At least 17 years old by 31 December of the admission year. There is no upper age limit for B.Sc Nursing.
- Indian citizen and a Chhattisgarh mool niwasi (domicile). Outside candidates can compete only for the open unreserved management-quota seats of private colleges.
- Both female and male candidates take the exam: the BSCN26 score list includes both.
What is the CG B.Sc Nursing 2027 exam pattern?
The exam is a 100-question, 100-mark offline paper of 2 hours 15 minutes, held from 10:00 AM to 12:15 PM in four booklet sets (A to D). The official syllabus gives 20 marks to each of five parts.

How does CME counselling work after the result?
The Commissionerate of Medical Education (CME), Chhattisgarh, not CGSSB, allots B.Sc Nursing seats at cgdme.in using the entrance score list.
- CME posts an online application notice for B.Sc Nursing admission on cgdme.in.
- Register, pay the counselling fee and choose your colleges in order of preference.
- CME publishes a merit list and then the first allotment list, followed by later rounds.
- Report to the allotted college with original documents and pay the fee to confirm your seat.
CME usually runs counselling a few months after the result. In 2025, applications ran from 9 to 14 October and the first allotment list came on 18 October.
