Chemistry carries 20 marks across physical, inorganic and organic chemistry.
- Physical: atomic structure, chemical bonding, solutions, solid state, nuclear chemistry, equilibrium, ionic equilibrium, thermodynamics, chemical kinetics, electrochemistry, surface chemistry
- Inorganic: metallurgy, periodicity, s- and p-block families, transition metals, coordination compounds, simple qualitative analysis

What is asked in English and Nursing Aptitude?
English and Nursing Aptitude carry 20 marks each. English follows the Class 12 English course; Nursing Aptitude tests basic health knowledge.
- English: reading comprehension, note making, notices, letters, composition and grammar (voice, narration, clauses), and the Class 12 Flamingo and Vistas texts
- Nursing Aptitude: nursing profession in India, hospital departments, anatomy and hygiene basics, primary health care, national health programmes, maternal and child health, health education and communication, first aid and AYUSH
How is the CG B.Sc Nursing 2027 paper marked?
The paper has 100 questions for 100 marks in 2 hours 15 minutes, with 20 marks for each part.
