You apply online through your profile on the CG Vyapam profile portal, and the 2027 form is expected in March 2027. In 2026 the form was open from 12 March to 10 April, with a correction window from 11 to 13 April.

- Check your profile details, because the application form takes your name, category, domicile and qualification from the profile.
- Open the Post Basic B.Sc Nursing (PBN) form and fill in the remaining details.
- Upload a recent photo and your signature as JPG files of 50 to 100 KB each.
- Pay the exam fee online, then press SUBMIT and print the form.

Chhattisgarh domicile candidates who appear in the exam get the fee refunded to the same bank account after the result. CG Vyapam does not collect certificates with the form; they are checked at counselling, so enter details exactly as in your documents.
Who can apply for CG Post Basic B.Sc Nursing 2027?
You can apply if you have passed the General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course and are registered with the State Nursing Council, as the Chhattisgarh nursing admission rules require:
- Passed GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) and registered with the State Nursing Council.
- No minimum and no maximum age limit for Post Basic B.Sc Nursing, following Indian Nursing Council letters of 2023.
- Indian citizen. Seats are for Chhattisgarh domicile (mool niwasi) candidates, except the open management seats of private colleges.
- Both women and men can apply: the 2026 score list had 1,273 women and 83 men.
Filling the form or taking the test does not by itself make you eligible; CME checks your documents at counselling.

The Commissionerate of Medical Education (CME), Chhattisgarh, allots Post Basic B.Sc Nursing seats at cgdme.in using the CGSSB score list.
- CME posts an online application notice for Post Basic B.Sc Nursing admission on cgdme.in.
- Apply online and fill your college choices.
- CME publishes a merit list and then the allotment lists, round by round.
- Report to the allotted college with original documents and pay the fee.
