CG PPHT 2027 Important Dates
Only the exam date is official so far; the other 2027 dates are expected months based on 2026. In 2026 the form was open from 6 March to 6 April 2026, so the 2027 form is expected in March 2027.

How to Apply for CG PPHT 2027
You apply online on the CG Vyapam website after creating a one-time candidate profile. The board now issues notices as CGSSB, and the 2026 PPHT form, admit card and result all ran on cgssb.cgstate.gov.in.
Apply Online for CG PPHT 2027
Applications for CG PPHT 2027 are expected in March 2027.
- Create your one-time profile registration on the CG Vyapam profile portal, with a recent photo and signature (JPG, 50 to 100 KB each).
- Open cgssb.cgstate.gov.in and find the PPHT 2027 online application link.
- Log in, fill the PPHT form and choose your group: Maths or Biology. You answer only that subject in the exam.
- Pay the fee online and press SUBMIT. The form is not complete until you submit it after payment.
- Print the confirmation page and keep it.
- If you made a mistake, fix it in the 3-day correction window after the last date. In 2026 this was 7 to 9 April.

These are the 2026 fees, so check the 2027 notice for any change. Under a state rule, Chhattisgarh natives who sit the exam get the fee refunded to the same bank account after the result.
Who can apply for CG PPHT 2027?
You need Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Maths or Biology. These rules come from the Chhattisgarh B.Pharmacy and D.Pharmacy Admission Rules 2023:
- Class 12 (10+2) from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry and one of Maths, Biotechnology or Biology.
- At least 45% marks in these three subjects together, or 40% for SC, ST, OBC and PwD candidates of Chhattisgarh.
- A pass in each of the three subjects separately, in both theory and practical.
- For B.Pharm, English must be one of your Class 12 subjects. D.Pharm has no such rule.
- Students from other states can apply, but seats go to Chhattisgarh natives first. Others get only the seats left over.
Which courses can you join through CG PPHT?
PPHT ranks are used for the two pharmacy courses at government and private colleges in Chhattisgarh.
- B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy), a four-year degree.
- D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy), a two-year diploma.
- B.Pharm lateral entry to the second year is not through PPHT. It uses a merit list of D.Pharm final-year marks.
What is the CG PPHT 2027 exam pattern?
CG PPHT is one offline OMR paper of 150 multiple-choice questions for 150 marks, with 3 hours to answer and no negative marking. Physics and Chemistry are compulsory, and the third part is the subject you chose in the form.
