Which seats are filled through Haryana NEET PG counselling?
UHS Rohtak fills the state quota MD/MS seats of government and government-aided colleges and both the open merit and management seats of private colleges. The other 50% of government college seats are All India Quota seats filled through MCC NEET PG counselling.

Within state quota seats, up to 40% go to Haryana Government in-service doctors (HCMS, ESIC and state bodies) with a valid NOC, 25% are institutional preference seats for MBBS graduates of Haryana colleges, and 5% are for candidates with benchmark disabilities. State reservation (SC, Deprived SC, BC-A, BC-B, EWS, ESM, FF) applies to state quota seats.

How to apply for Haryana NEET PG Counselling 2026?
You register online on the Haryana admission web portal, pay the registration fee and fill choices of course and college. The steps follow the 2025-26 procedure; the 2026-27 notification may change details.

The Haryana NEET PG Counselling 2026 application dates have not been announced yet.
- Open the Haryana PG admission portal once registration opens, and read the 2026-27 MD/MS notification on the DMER and UHSR websites.
- Register with your NEET PG 2026 roll number, verify your mobile number by OTP and create your login.
- Fill in your details, category and quota claims (in-service, institutional preference, PwBD), and upload the required documents.
- Pay the non-refundable registration fee online.
- Fill and lock your choices of specialty and college in order of preference before the last date. Choices cannot be edited after that.
- Check the provisional allotment, then appear in person with original documents before the Admission Committee at UHS Rohtak and pay the first-year fee to UHS Rohtak.

The Round 2 security amount is adjusted in the first-year fee if you get a seat, and refunded if you do not.
Who can apply for Haryana NEET PG Counselling 2026?
You can apply for state quota seats if you qualify NEET PG 2026 and have a Haryana link through your MBBS or residence. These rules are from the 2025-26 notification.
- Citizen of India.
- MBBS from a recognised institution in Haryana as a bona fide resident of Haryana, or MBBS from any other recognised college with a Haryana Resident Certificate (self or parent).
- For management seats in private colleges, candidates from all over India are eligible, whatever their domicile or place of study.
- One-year compulsory rotatory internship completed by the date notified by the Government of India or NMC.
- Registration with a State Medical Council or NMC.
- Minimum NEET PG qualifying percentile for your category, as set in the NBEMS information bulletin.
- A candidate already admitted to any PG course, including a PG Diploma, cannot apply until that course is completed.
How do counselling rounds work in Haryana PG medical admission?
Seats are allotted online on NEET PG merit and your order of choices, and a seat is confirmed only after physical document verification at UHS Rohtak.
- Ties in marks are broken by NEET PG rank.
- Your choice is considered first under institutional preference vacancies and then under general category seats.
- Seats vacant after Round 1 go to Round 2. Fresh candidates may register for Round 2; Round 1 registrants only confirm their willingness and give fresh choices.
- Seats vacant after Round 2 are filled in later rounds as per MoHFW and MCC rules, with vacant reserved seats converted in the 3rd round.
- A candidate who leaves the course midway near or after the admission deadline is debarred from Haryana PG admission for three years and must pay the Rs 10 lakh bond, plus the fee of the year left and 50% of the next year’s fee.
- In private colleges you may pay 50% of the fee at admission and the rest before the last date of admission.
What documents are needed for Haryana NEET PG counselling?
Bring the originals and two sets of self-attested photocopies to document verification; missing originals forfeit the seat.
- NEET PG 2026 result card and the printout of your application form.
- Class 10 certificate as proof of date of birth, MBBS pass certificate and internship completion certificate.
- Registration certificate of a State Medical Council or NMC.
- Haryana Resident Certificate, if applicable, and a character certificate.
- Haryana caste, BC income, EWS income and asset, ESM, Freedom Fighter dependent or disability certificate, if you claim that category.
- NOC from the competent authority for in-service candidates.
- Photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, passport, voter ID or Parivar Pehchan Patra) and three passport-size photographs.
What is the MD/MS fee in Haryana medical colleges?
Government colleges charge a fixed yearly fee, while private college fees depend on the specialty. These are the latest official figures from the 2025-26 notification; the private college fee is listed there as proposed.

Private unaided colleges also charge a refundable college security of Rs 50,000 and a thesis charge of Rs 25,000. SGT University and Al-Falah University set their own fees.
