How to Register for NEET PG 2020 Counselling?
To fill the registration form to participate in NEET PG 2020 counselling, candidates may follow the instructions as provided below.
Step 1: Click here to register for NEET PG counselling.
Step 2: Now, you need to enter details like roll number, applicaion nmber, your name, mother’s name, mobile number, email id, etc.
Step 3: Click on the ‘submit’ button after which you will get an OTP on your mobile number and email id.
Step 4: Enter the OTP as obtained and submit it.
Step 4: In doing so, registration slip will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Candidate is registered successfully and can proceed to choice filling and locking.
NEET PG 2020 Counselling Eligibility
To participate in NEET PG Counselling 2020 process, candidates must obtain marks equal to or greater than the cut off marks as released by MCC at the time of declaration of NEET PG result Check NEET PG 2020 cut off marks from the table below.

Candidates who have passed MBBS/ BDS from the colleges which are affiliated to IP University.
Those candidates who have passed MBBS/ BDS from the collges affiliated to IP University are eligible to take part in 50% international quota seats of VMMC, ABVIMS, PGIMSR, ESI Hospital Basaidarapur and central Instituted of Delhi.
NEET PG 2020 Choice Filling
Once the candidates have successfully register for NEET PG Counselling 2020, they need to proceed to exercise choice filing facility. Candidates can select as many courses/colleges as they want to. The choice filling can only be done online. It is to be noted that based on the choices submitted by the candidates, they are allotted a seat.
Documents Required for NEET PG 2020 Counselling
Candidates are required to carry the following documents at the time of joining allotted Medical/Dental College.
- Admit Card of NEET PG 2020
- Marksheets of MBBS/BDS 1st, 2nd & 3rd Professional Examinations.
- MBBS/BDS Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate.
- Result or Rank card
- Internship Completion Certificate
- Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI or DCI/State Medical or Dental Council. Provision Registration Certificate is acceptable only in cases where the candidate is undergoing internship and is likely to complete the same on or before 31st March of the year of admission.
- Date of Birth proof
- Any photo ID proof
- SC/ST/OBC/ PH certificate (if required)
- Undertaking, hand-written and self-attested
NEET PG 2020 Counselling Procedure
The counselling process for NEET PG 2020 can be completed as per the instructions as provided below.
Step 1: Register to participate in counselling
- Firstly, eligible candidates need to register online at MCC website.
- For registration, you need to provide your NEET PG roll number, email id, etc.
- Note that those who register in the first round shall not require in round 2 of NEET PG counselling.
- Pay the necessary amount of counselling registration fee.
Step 2: Choice filling
- Once the registration part is done, you can choose the desired course and college from MCC website.
- At the time of choice filling, you may choose as many options as you want to.
- Lock the choices and submit them once satisfied with the preference selected.
Step 3: Seat Allotment
- The seat allotment result is published online at MCC website.
- Candidates are allotted a seat based on the options submitted by them, availability of seat and All India Rank secured by the candidate.
Step 4: Reporting to Allotted College
- Those who are satisfied with their allotted seat have to report at the allotted college along with the necessary documents for verification.
- Candidates shall have to pay the admission fee when reporting at the allotted college to secure their seat.
NEET PG 2020 Counselling Rounds
MCC shall conduct four (04) round of NEET PG Counselling 2020 process. The steps to be following in NEET PG Counselling 2020 is as follows:
Round 1: It is the main round for counselling registration.
- It includes the payment of Registration fee (Non-Refundable) and Tution fee (Refundable).
- Choice Filling – Exercising and Locking of subjects and institutions. Candidate can make any number of choices as per their preference.
- Candidates are allotted seat as per their merit, choice and preference. After seat allotment, candidate has to report to the allotted institute along with the allotment letter and complete all the admission formalities.
Round 2: It is the second main round for counselling registration for those candidates who have not registered in Round 1 or have not reported in Round 1
- Candidates to whom seat is not allotted in Round 1 need not to register again. They just have to do the choice filling again.
- To whom seats are allotted have to report to the allotted institute and complete all the admission formalities.
Mop Up Round: Mop up round is held to fill the left seats. It includes fresh registration of candidates including those who registered in Round 1 and exited and those who registered in Round 2 and exited with Forfeiture of fees.
- Candidates who are registered in Round 1 and Round 2 need not to register again for Mop Up round.
- Fresh choice filling of subjects and institutions has to be done in Mop Up round.
- Candidates, if allotted seat, have to report to the allotted institution as per the schedule and complete the admission formalities.Candidates who have passed MBBS/ BDS from the colleges which are affiliated to IP University.
Note: Candidates who have joined and taken admission in Round-2 of AIQ/ Deemed/ Central Universities are not eligible to participate in Mop Up Round.
Final Stray Vacancy Round: It is to be conducted by the Deemed/ Central Universities/ ESIC.
- There will be no Fresh Registration of Candidates in Final Stray Vacancy Round.
- Registration can be done online in beginning of first round, second round and mop up round. After that, no registration facility is available for any candidate in any circumstances.

NEET PG 2020 Withdrawal of Seats
Candidates are informed that the MCC has recieved notice regarding the withdrawal of seats from the from the medical colleges. The seats which were added during 1st round of PG counselling 2020. Candidates can not fill the seats which are given below beacuse these seats are deleted from the database before the allotment process of round 1:
