IIMC Application Form 2021 – IIMC has released the online application form for admission to various PG Diploma Courses in academic sessions 2021-22. Candidates can fill the application form online mode at iimc.nta.ac.in. Last date to submission of application form has been extended up to August 15, 2021. Eligible candidates to reach out to their portal and fill the IIMC Application Form 2021. The application fee is for the general category is Rs 1000 and the reserved category should pay Rs. 750. Applicants can also apply for more than one course and for both exams. But candidates must indicate their preference, serial wise, in their online application form and pay the fee for each course. Candidates are advised to read all the instructions carefully before filling up and submitting their forms. Candidates whose applications have been successfully submitted will receive a Unique Registration Number (URN) which can be quoted for all future admission related correspondence. How to Apply for IIMC Application Form 2021?
Stage-1 Filling the form with personal details.
In this step, applicants should fill the important personal details. It is mandatory to clearly use the spelling of the name, guardian’s name, indicating the category to which the applicant belongs, i.e. either General or from SC/ST/OBC/ Physically Handicapped.
It is possible that the candidate may have to fill in all the personal details, highest educational details, marks obtained in academics and uploading the necessary documents.
Stage-2 Fill the online application with Qualification Details.
Candidates enter the required qualification details in the application form.
Stage-3 Upload the Scan Photograph and Signature
Online candidates will have to upload the scanned images of their photograph and signature while candidates filling the form in offline mode should put their photograph and signature in the space provided. The image should be in jpg/jpeg format only. The size of the photo image must be between 10 kb to 200 kb. The size of the signature image must be between 4 kb to 30 kb. The size of the scanned copy of the PWD certificate should be 50 kb to 300 kb.
Stage-3 Application Fee
The following table describes the amount paid by the candidate who registered for IIMC Entrance Exam. The amount paid by candidates depended on the category to which they belonged.
Application fee can be paid by Credit/Debit Card, Online Banking, BHIM App, Paytm etc.
Stage-4 Undertaking by the candidate
Candidates filing the form in online mode or offline mode has to sign an undertaking. The undertaking indicates that all the information filled in the form is true and complete in all respect. Also to certify that the candidate has understood the terms and conditions of the institute. Legal action may be levied against the candidate if a discrepancy is encountered.
Stage-5 Application form Receiving
The institute is expected to inform the candidates about the form acceptance through email medium. However, if the candidate does not receive any intimation, she may contact the officials.
