The Jharkhand Paramedical 2026 syllabus is set at two levels. The Intermediate-level paper tests Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics from Class 11 and 12, and the Matric-level paper tests Mathematics, Science and General Knowledge from Class 10. JCECEB’s notice lists only the subjects and question count, not chapters.

Does JCECEB publish a Jharkhand Paramedical syllabus?
No. JCECEB does not publish a chapter-wise syllabus. Its detailed notice only says which subjects each paper has and how many questions come from each, and that the papers are set at Intermediate (Class 12) and Matric (Class 10) level.
So the safest plan is to study the Class 11 and 12 NCERT textbooks for the Intermediate paper and the Class 10 NCERT textbooks for the Matric paper. The chapter lists below follow those books.

Each paper has 150 objective questions to be answered in 2 hours 30 minutes on an OMR sheet, printed in both English and Hindi.

The 2025 result has scores below zero in steps of 0.25, so wrong answers cost marks. Skip questions you cannot narrow down.

How should I prepare for Jharkhand Paramedical 2026?
- Use the extra time from the postponement for revision and timed practice. The admit card comes only 4 days before the new date, so stay ready.
- Finish the NCERT textbooks first. Most questions test basic facts and simple numericals from them.
- Practise 150 questions in 2 hours 30 minutes, which leaves about one minute per question.
- Read each question in Hindi as well if the English wording is unclear; both versions are printed.
- For the Matric paper, read a monthly current affairs digest and basic Jharkhand general knowledge.
