JK Paramedical 2027 Important Dates
J&K BOPEE has not announced the 2027 dates yet. In 2026 the paramedical diploma test was held on 18 April and the GNM/ANM test on 17 May, so the months below are expected for 2027.

How to Apply for JK Paramedical 2027
You apply online on jkbopee.gov.in, with a separate form and fee for each test. In 2026 the diploma form ran from 18 March to 2 April (the first last date, 31 March, was extended), and the GNM/ANM form from 16 April to 1 May 2026.
Apply Online for JK Paramedical 2027
Applications for JK Paramedical 2027 are expected in March 2027.
- Read the e-Information Brochure on jkbopee.gov.in. It has the syllabus, seats, reservation rules and form instructions.
- Open the online application for the 12th-based paramedical diploma courses or for GNM/ANM courses, and register.
- Fill in your personal, category and Class 12 details.
- Upload scanned PDFs (100 to 200 KB each): domicile certificate, Class 12 marks certificate if the result is out, Matriculation certificate for date of birth and any reserved category certificate.
- Pay Rs 1,000 online by credit card, debit card or net banking, submit, and keep a printout.

Choose your category with care. Seats are allotted on the category entered in the online form, only one reserved category can be claimed, and the certificate must not be issued after the last date of the form.
Which courses can you join through JK Paramedical 2027?
The diploma test fills 12th-based paramedical diploma seats in government and private institutes, and the GNM/ANM test fills nursing diploma seats. The 2026 Round 1 allotments for the diploma test covered these courses:
- Medical Laboratory Technology and Laboratory Assistant
- X-Ray Assistant/Technology
- Anaesthesia and Operation Theatre Technology (D.AOTT)
- Medical Assistant and Medical/Pharma Assistant
- Dental Assistant, ECG Technology and Dialysis Technology
- Ophthalmic Assistant/Technology, Sanitary Inspector and ISM
- Medical Record Technology (MRT), at SKIMS only
This is not the B.Sc test. B.Sc Nursing, B.Sc Paramedical and B.Sc Technology seats, including the B.MLS and B.MRIT seats at GMC Srinagar, GMC Jammu and SKIMS, are filled through the separate JKBOPEE B.Sc Nursing CET. The 10th-based FMPHW/MMPHW courses and D.Pharmacy also have their own J&K BOPEE admissions.
Who can apply for JK Paramedical 2027?
You must be a domicile of J&K or Ladakh, have passed or be appearing in Class 12, and be medically fit. The subject, marks and age rules differ by course; these are the 2026 rules, which the 2027 notifications will confirm.

- Ladakh candidates can use an ST certificate from the competent authority of Ladakh as the domicile certificate.
- For GNM, Class 12 from a State Open School or NIOS is accepted, and registered ANMs and vocational ANM pass-outs can also apply.
- Students appearing in Class 12 can sit the test but must pass before the result or admission, as the notification says.
What is the JK Paramedical 2027 exam pattern?
Each test is a 2-hour offline OMR paper of 120 multiple choice questions for 120 marks, with 0.25 mark deducted for every wrong answer. The 2024 and 2025 papers had 40 questions each from Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
