Karnataka Diploma CET 2017 Application Form is to be submitted for taking DCET 2017. The application form is available online and there is no other medium to apply. It is suggested that the candidates check the eligibility criteria before applying. The ineligible candidates will not be granted admission and the application fee is non-refundable.
The candidates should check the application fee and medium to submit it before applying. The fee amount is as below:
- Rs. 650 for General and OBC candidates
- Rs. 500 for SC, ST Category – 1 candidates
The fee can be submitted e-challan, which has to be submitted in Axis or Indian Bank. The challan can be download during the form filling and over the fee amount the candidates will have to Rs. 10, as bank charges.

Documents that will be Needed During Application Form Filling
Following is the list of documents which will be needed during the application form filling. Candidates must keep these ready before filling the Karnataka Diploma CET application form.
- Thumb Impression
- Parent’s / Guardian’s Signature
All of these documents are to be scanned and uploaded in JPG or JPEG format. The images size should not be more than 40KB. Candidates should also note that the dimension of the image should be between 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm. However, the dimension of signature and left hand thumb impression should be 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm.
Process to Submit the Application Form
The process to submit the application form of Karnataka Diploma CET 2017 is as mentioned below:
Step-1: Access the link provided on this page. Then click on ‘New User? Register Here’. Read all the given instructions and then click ‘Proceed to Apply Online’ button.
Step -2: Next, the candidates will have to answer following question:
- Whether the Student is a Citizen of India? – Yes or No
Step-3: Now the candidates will be required to register online. To do so, candidates will have to submit the following details:
- User ID – it should be more than 6 characters long
- Password – minimum of 8 characters
- Name of the Candidate
- Name of Father
- Name of Mother
- Date of Birth
- Mobile Number
- E-mail Id
- Secret Question
- Security Code – It will be displayed on the screen
Once the candidate is registered, they will be allocated an Application Number. The number should be saved properly.
Step-4: The candidates will then be required to register by submitting the User ID and Password. Consequent to it, the application form will be displayed. In KEA DCET 2017 application form the candidates will have to personal, educational and other details. After submitting the details, the candidates will have to upload the above mentioned documents.
Step-5: The last step is to remit the application fee. The amount of fee is as mentioned above and the candidates will have to submit it through e-challan only.
It is advised that the candidates download the confirmation page and proof of fee payment with them. It might be required in future.
