How to Apply for Kerala LLB 3 Year 2027
You apply for Kerala LLB 3 Year 2027 online at cee.kerala.gov.in once CEE Kerala publishes the prospectus, expected in May or June 2027. Only one application is allowed, and nothing can be changed after final submission, so read the prospectus first.
Apply Online for Kerala LLB 3 Year 2027
Applications for Kerala LLB 3 Year 2027 are expected in May 2027.
- Go to cee.kerala.gov.in and open the Three Year LLB 2027 online application link.
- Register with your basic details and create a strong password. You get an application number that you need until admission ends.
- Fill the application form and click Save and Finalize.
- Pay the application fee online by net banking, credit card or debit card.
- Upload your photograph (150 x 200 pixels, 15 to 100 KB, JPG), signature (150 x 100 pixels, 4 to 100 KB, JPG) and certificates as PDFs of 10 to 500 KB.
- Print or save the acknowledgement page. Do not post it to CEE.

Defects in your photo, signature or documents are shown only in the candidate portal and by SMS. In 2026 admit cards were withheld until candidates fixed photo and signature defects, with a deadline of 26 June.
How to log in to the Kerala LLB 3 Year 2027 candidate portal?
You use the CEE Kerala Three Year LLB candidate portal, with your application number and password, to pay the fee, see and fix defects in your application, download the admit card, file answer key complaints, see your rank, register options and get your allotment memo.
- Open the CEE Kerala website. The Three Year LLB 2027 candidate portal link will appear there when registration opens, expected in May or June 2027; the portal live now is for LLB 2026 admissions.
- Click the Three Year LLB 2027 candidate portal link.
- Enter your seven-digit application number, your password and the access code shown in the image.
- Click Login.
- Your home page opens with your application status, any defects to fix and the links live at that stage, such as the admit card, rank, option registration and allotment memo.
Forgot your application number or password? Use the links under the login box. On the 2026 portal, Forgot Application Number asked for your name and registered mobile number, and Forgot Password asked for your application number and date of birth and sent an OTP by email or SMS.
Who can apply for Kerala LLB 3 Year 2027?
You can apply if you have a bachelor’s degree in any subject with at least 45% aggregate marks. SEBC candidates and persons with disabilities need 42%, and SC/ST candidates need 40%. Marks are not rounded up. These are the 2026 rules.
- Final year degree students (regular exam) can apply, but must show the degree or provisional certificate and all mark lists at admission.
- Degrees by distance or correspondence are accepted. A degree taken through an open university without the basic qualification is not.
- There is no lower age limit. Any upper age limit depends on the Supreme Court’s decision on the Bar Council of India rule.
- Indian citizens can apply. OCI and PIO cardholders are treated as Indian citizens for admission but get no reservation.
- Only candidates of Kerala origin can claim reservation or fee concession.
Seats are shared as 60% State Merit, 30% SEBC and 10% SC/ST. 5% of Government Law College seats are for persons with disabilities, and an extra 10% EWS quota is added over the sanctioned seats.
What is the Kerala LLB 3 Year 2027 exam pattern?
Kerala LLB 3 Year is a two-hour computer based test with 120 objective questions, three marks for each correct answer and one mark deducted for each wrong one. This is the 2026 pattern, which is expected to continue.

Kerala LLB 3 Year ranks fill all seats in the four Government Law Colleges and 50% government seats in private self-financing law colleges that share seats with the government. For CAP 2026 the Government Law Colleges had 420 seats.
