What is in Educational Philosophy and Educational Sociology?
This section has 20 questions for 20 marks. It covers:
- Schools of philosophy: Idealism, Realism, Naturalism and Pragmatism
- Philosophers: Rabindranath Tagore, Mahatma Gandhi, Mahatma Phule, Rousseau, John Dewey and Plato
- Educational sociology: education as an instrument of change, globalisation, modernisation and national integration
- Value education, women empowerment and inclusive education
What is in Educational Psychology?
Educational Psychology has 20 questions for 20 marks. The topics are:
- Personality and intelligence
- Theories of learning and constructivism
- Mental health and social psychology
- Models of teaching
- Guidance and counselling (concept)
What is in Educational Evaluation and Statistics?
This section has 20 questions for 20 marks. Evaluation covers the concept, types, techniques and methods of evaluation and the taxonomy of objectives. Statistics covers measures of central tendency and measures of variability, so practise mean, median, mode and the spread measures by hand.
What is in School Administration and Management?
This section has 20 questions for 20 marks and focuses on education policy and school management. It covers:
- Kothari Commission, National Education Policy and National Knowledge Commission
- School administration and management
- Right to Education and laws on education
- Indian education system and its problems
- Secondary School Code
- Current events in education
What is in ICT and Research Aptitude?
Information and Communication Technology and Research Aptitude has 20 questions for 20 marks. It covers the use of computers in education for teaching, learning, evaluation and administration, and research aptitude.
What is the MAH M.Ed CET 2027 marking scheme?
Each correct answer gets 1 mark and there is no negative marking. The paper has 100 four-option MCQs in English and Marathi, to be done in 90 minutes.

How should I prepare for MAH M.Ed CET 2027?
- Revise your B.Ed philosophy, psychology and evaluation notes first. Most topics come straight from the B.Ed course.
- Practise statistics sums, since they need time in the exam and carry sure marks.
