How to check the Meghalaya NEET cut off?
- Open meghealth.gov.in and go to the latest news and notices.
- Open the list of eligible candidates and their allocation after re-counselling, dated 17 September 2026 (official list).
- Find your course (MBBS or BDS) and category: Unreserved, Khasi & Jaintia, Garo or SC/OST.
- Read the NEET score and rank of the last selected candidate. That is the closing point for the category.
- The waiting list under each category shows who is next if a seat falls vacant.
DME has not published a separate cut-off file for 2026. The closing points come from its selected lists, most of which are scanned pages.

The first selected list of 11 September 2026 closed at the same scores for Unreserved, Khasi & Jaintia and SC/OST. Only the Garo closing score moved, from 324 to 323, after re-counselling.
What is the Meghalaya BDS cut off 2026?

Is there a PIMC cut off?
PA Sangma International Medical College fills its 64 state quota, 64 management and 22 NRI MBBS seats in separate rounds, and DME has not published closing scores for them. Round 3 in 2026 still had 9 state quota seats (2 Unreserved, 2 Khasi & Jaintia, 5 Garo), 22 NRI and 30 management seats open.
What is the expected Meghalaya NEET 2027 cut off?
No 2027 figures exist yet. Use the 2026 closing points as a guide:
- Compare by NEET rank, not marks, because scores shift with each year’s paper.
- Unreserved MBBS is the toughest category; in 2026 it closed near rank 1.14 lakh.
- Garo and SC/OST categories closed at much higher ranks, as only Meghalaya candidates of those categories compete for them.
- Waiting-list candidates can still get seats in re-counselling, so do not drop out after the first list.
