Appearing in Design Aptitude Test is the first Phase of MIT Institute of Design 2020 admissions. Step 3 : Next candidates need to login with their Roll Number.

MIT Institute of Design 2020 Selection Process
Admission is on the basis of MITID method of selection, which extends beyond the students previous academic qualifications. The Institute has two phases/ rounds for admission. Candidates who qualify the first phase, i.e, Design Aptitude Test) will be called for appearing in the second round Studio Test and Personal Interview. Following are the details regarding both the Phases.
Phase – 1: MITID-DAT (Design Aptitude Test) is the first phase of admission in MIT Institute of Design. Candidates need to appear and qualify in DAT 2020 in order to reach the second phase. If shortlisted, Candidate will have to attend the Studio Test and Personal Interview process.
Phase – 2 : Studio Test and Interview – The studio tests followed by personal interviews will be conducted separately by MIT Insitute of Design Pune, Avantika University Ujjain, MIT School of Design Alandi Pune & MIT University Meghalaya campus. Only candidates who have qualified the first phase are eligible to appear in this round. All those candidates called for the studio test and personal interview are required to attend the studio tests and interview, which will is mandatory to complete the process of selection.
Note : The Institute will not send any separate call letters to the shortlisted candidates.

What to do After MIT Institute of Design 2020 Result?
There are two phases to clear for admission into various UG and PG programmes. The first phase of admission is the Design Aptitude Test (DAT). Candidates have to qualify this exam in order to get shortlisted for the second round. After the DAT result 2020, the institute releases a list of shortlisted candidates. They have to appear for the Studio Round and Interview round at the MIT – ID Pune Campus as per the schedule. Candidates must start preparing for the next phase after the declaration of the DAT 2020 result.

MIT Institute of Design 2020 Scholarship
The MIT Institute of Design provides full or partial scholarships to 5% of the total students every year. The Scholarship is provided on the basis of eligibility of the performance of the student and his/her financial needs.The interview panel will decide whether a candidate is eligible for the scholarship or not. The scholarship application form will be made available to the qualified candidate from the Institute office after getting admission to the Institute. Candidates must attach necessary documents showing the income statements of the family members / guardians as proof along with the duly filled scholarship form

Design Aptitude Test (DAT) is India’s premier national entrance test for admissions in Bachelor’s & Masters programme in design.
