The Art and Design Common Entrance Test (ADCET) is conducted by the University on behalf of the APSCHE for admission to Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Design Courses. ADCET 2021
Qualifiers of the ADCET 2021 exam are awarded rank as per marks secured in the Computer Based Test. Based on ADCET rank, candidates can get admission to BFA course in Painting/Sculpture/Animation/Applied Arts/Photography/Art History or B. Design course in Interior Design. The selected candidates can check the list for their respective program which is provided below. After that candidates are allowed for counseling on the date October 9, 2021.

Important documents required at the time of counseling
Original Certificates should produce at the time of Counselling/Admission:
- Transfer Certificate from the college last studied (TC).
- Marks memo of Qualifying Examination (Intermediate/ 10+2/ Diploma etc.).
- Date of Birth Certificate (SSC/ 10th Class marks memo).
- Caste in case of SC/ST/BC (from Caste Certificate issued by MRO).
- PH, NCC, Sports, CAP etc. (from certificate issued by competent authority)
- EWS Certificate.
- Income of parents (from latest ‘Income Certificate’ issued by MRO)last Six Months..
- Study / bonafide certificate from 6th class to Intermediate or residence certificate or relevantcertificate for proof of local status (from study/bonafide certificates issued by School / College).
- Recent passport size colour photograph
- Printout of the online filled Application.

Fee Structure
The details of the tuition fee per annum are to be paid at the time of admission for various BFA and B.Design courses are given below table

Important Points
- Candidates who are eligible for fee reimbursement under SC/ST category whose parents’ annual income is less than Rs.2,00,000/- and for BC/OC candidates whose parents’ annual income is less than Rs.1,00,000/- holding an income certificate eligible for fee reimbursement from the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
- Those submitting Income certificate of parent must bring an attested copy from Tahsildar of respective locations in the year 2021.
- In case if government does not reimburse the equivalent fee as specified, the candidate has to paythe balance tuition fee to the University.
- All other candidates admitted under regular admissions should pay the stipulated tuition fee as specified by the University at the time of Admission.
- Computer Lab fee of Rs.1,000/- and Study tour /visit fee of Rs. 1,000/- extra for all the students whoget admission.
- Counselling fee of Rs.600/- (Rs 300/-in case of SC/ST candidates) extra for all the students who are attending the counselling for admission.
- If the seat allotted to a candidate is cancelled for any valid reasons before the closure of the admissions, the tuition fee paid by the candidate will be refunded after deducting 10% of the tuition fee prescribed for that course. In case if a candidate wants to cancel the seat after the closure of the admissions, the candidate is required to pay the fee as per the norms of the University in order to receive back his/her certificates. A separate Transfer Certificate will be issued to such candidates

ADCET 2021 Eligibility Criteria
For admission to BFA and B.Design courses through ADCET 2021, candidates must apply and appear in the exam and qualify through it. However, the YSR University sets down certain minimum conditions of eligibility for the exam. Candidates can check the details below.

- Open the website sche.ap.gov.in.
- Click on ADCET 2021.
- Click on Fee Payment and complete the payment of the application fee first by filling up the registration form.
- Know your payment status.
- Login using the Payment Reference ID, Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket Number, Mobile Number and DOB to fill up the ADCET 2021 application form.
- Submit the application form online and generate a print out of it.

ADCET Hall Ticket 2021
In order to appear in the ADCET Computer Based Test, candidates need the hall ticket to enter the exam. hall. Without a valid hall ticket, no candidate is allowed to appear in the exam. The ADCET Hall Ticket 2021 is released online, through candidate login. Also referred to as the ADCET admit card, it releases online on the official website sche.ap.gov.in.
Candidates need to know the login credentials to download the ADCET hall ticket from the official website. It may be noted that the hall ticket contains important information regarding the exam date, timings and the detailed address of the designated exam centre. Candidates can check out the list of exam centres along with codes on the official ADCET 2021 notification.
ADCET Result 2021
Once the ADCET CBTs are over, the YSR University releases the ADCET result 2021 on the official website sche.ap.gov.in. ADCET Results releases in the form of rank cards. Based on the merit in the CBTs, candidates are awarded ranks. Admission to BFA and B.Design courses in Andhra Pradesh is offered on the basis of the ADCET rank.
ADCET Rank Card 2021 can be downloaded as per schedule from the official website through candidate login. It may be noted that candidates are required to score at least 25% marks (SC/ST candidates are exempted) to qualify through the ADCET exam.

ADCET is one of the various exams conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education. However, instead of conducting the admission entrance test, the APSCHE entrusts Dr YSR Architecture and Fine Arts University, Kadapa to conduct the ADCET exam.
