How to Use NCET Previous Year Papers?

  • Pick your sections first. The 2023 and 2024 PDFs run to over 270 pages because they hold every language and domain subject. Solve only your two languages, your three domain subjects, the General Test and Teaching Aptitude.
  • Keep to about 67 seconds a question. 160 attempts in 180 minutes leaves little spare time, so do not spend more than 2 minutes on any one question.
  • Use the optional questions well. Each section gives you about three extra questions. Skip the ones you are least sure of, because a wrong answer costs 1 mark and a blank costs nothing.
  • Solve 2024, then 2023, because they are the only complete papers here. Use the 2025 General Test section as an extra timed drill for reasoning and current affairs.
  • Plan for April 2027. About five months remain, with the form expected from February 2027. One full paper and two section drills a week gives you several rounds before the test.
