How to Apply for Patna Women’s College Entrance Exam 2027
You apply online only, on the PWC admission portal pwcadmissions.in, linked from patnawomenscollege.in. Each programme needs its own form.
Apply Online for PWC Entrance Exam 2027
Applications for PWC Entrance Exam 2027 are expected in February 2027.
- Open the admission portal, choose UG, PG or PG Diploma, pick the course and department, and click Apply Now.
- Register with your name as on your Class 10 certificate, a valid email ID and phone number, and a password. Verify your email with the code sent to you.
- Log in with your registration number (R-xxxx-xxxxx) and password.
- Fill in course details (core course, Generic Elective and AECC), personal details and education details, and upload your photo and marksheet.
- Preview the form, submit it and pay the registration fee online. After payment you cannot edit the form.
- Download the application form and the admit card with the transaction slip from your login.

In 2026 the form window ran from 1 February and was extended from 15 March to 30 April. Upload a copy of your Class 11 marksheet or qualifying exam admit card if you are still appearing in Class 12.
Who can apply for Patna Women’s College Entrance Exam 2027?
You can apply for a UG programme if you have passed Class 12 (+2) or are appearing in it. Patna Women’s College admits women students only. The 2026 notice set these minimum marks:

Which PWC programmes need the entrance test in 2027?
Only B.A. and B.Sc. (Hons.) use the written entrance test. Other programmes use an online or offline interview, or merit alone, as in the 2026 notice.

B.A. subjects with practicals (Geography, Psychology, Home Science) add a lab fee of Rs 600 a semester, and an add-on vocational certificate course fee is extra.
How does admission work after the PWC entrance test?
- PWC posts programme-wise admission lists on its notice board with the entrance roll numbers of selected candidates, grouped by subject and category.
- Report on the admission date and time printed for your programme, with one parent.
- Show your original Class 12 marksheet, CLC, character certificate, Aadhaar, caste certificate (if reserved), migration certificate (if not BSEB) and your entrance admit card or application form, with photocopies and 4 photographs.
- Pay the first-semester fee online through the college website to confirm your seat.
