There will be no Rajasthan PMET answer key in 2026, because the University of Rajasthan is not holding a written test for M.Ed. admission this year. Your place depends on a merit list prepared from candidates’ marks under the PMET rules, followed by counselling. Applications close on 10 October 2026.
Rajasthan PMET Answer Key 2026
This page explains why there is no PMET 2026 answer key and how merit is worked out instead.
How to Check Your PMET 2026 Application Details
With no answer key to check, the most useful step is to make sure the details in your submitted form are correct, because merit is built from them.
- Take the printed copy of your submitted PMET 2026 application form.
- Check your qualifying exam marks against your marksheets.
- Check your category, domicile and any special category you claimed, such as disability, widow, divorced or defence.
- Make sure each claim matches a certificate you can show at admission.
Wrong or false details make you ineligible at any stage, even after admission.
Why is there no PMET 2026 answer key?
An answer key is released only after an objective exam, and the PMET 2026 guidelines say there is no written test this year.
In 2025, when PMET was a written test, the provisional key came on 23 June 2025 and objections were taken from 24 to 27 June 2025.
How is your PMET 2026 merit position decided?
Your position is decided by the merit list prepared from candidates’ marks under the PMET rules.
- Ties are broken first by marks in the B.Ed. (education graduate) exam, then by age, with the older candidate ranked higher.
- Unreserved seats are filled first, then reserved quotas for Rajasthan candidates.
- 5% of seats are open to candidates from any state on overall merit.
The merit list will be published on the PMET 2026 result page once the university releases it.
