The Rajasthan PMET 2026 result will come as a merit list for M.Ed. admission on uniofraj.org, followed by counselling and college allotment. There is no written test this year, so there is no scorecard. The University of Rajasthan has not announced the merit list date yet. Applications close on 10 October 2026.

How to Check the PMET 2026 Merit List
You check the merit list on uniofraj.org once the University of Rajasthan publishes it.
- Open uniofraj.org.
- Look under Announcements for the M.Ed. (Pre M.Ed. 2026) merit list or counselling notice.
- Open the PDF and find your name, application number and category.
- Read the counselling schedule in the same notice and note your dates.
The guidelines say the merit list will be put online and the counselling schedule will be published on the website.
How are PMET 2026 seats reserved?
Seats follow Rajasthan government rules: 5% are open to all states on merit and the rest are for native residents of Rajasthan, with these quotas.

Unreserved seats are filled first. Reserved seats left vacant can be moved to the general category and filled from the merit list.
What happens at PMET 2026 counselling?
Colleges are allotted through counselling, based on your merit, category and college preferences.
- If you do not attend counselling, do not enter your preferences on time in online counselling, or refuse the allotted college, you lose your place in the merit list.
- Once a college is allotted, no change or transfer of college is allowed.
- Women can be allotted co-education colleges on merit, while women’s colleges admit only women.
- A Rs 5,000 registration fee applies. If you get no college, Rs 500 is deducted; if you are allotted a college and do not join, Rs 1,000 is deducted. The rest is refunded.
- The M.Ed. course fee fixed by the state government is Rs 22,430 per year.
- Final-year candidates must give their marksheet to the college as soon as the result is out; if eligibility is not met, admission is cancelled without a fee refund.
