Admit Card

i have 1 question when we will chose the college for allotment and there is no address will appear in that by mistaken we chose the wrong college on 1st no and it is allocated out of city i am not comfortable to go there i have done the counseling as well as submitted the fee so is there any option to upgrade the college near by me. kindly let me know as soon as possible.
