The RIE CEE 2027 syllabus has three sections: Language Proficiency in English, Teaching Aptitude and Reasoning Ability. What is the RIE CEE 2027 exam pattern and marking scheme?
The test is a 2-hour CBT with 80 questions for 160 marks. You get 2 marks for a correct answer and lose 0.5 mark for a wrong one.

How should I prepare for the RIE CEE syllabus?
Teaching Aptitude and Reasoning carry 120 of the 160 marks, so give them most of your time.
- Read short summaries of NEP 2020 and NCF-SE 2023, since both are named in the syllabus.
- Solve a timed set of reasoning questions every day.
- Read an English newspaper daily for comprehension speed and vocabulary.
- Take full 80-question mocks in 2 hours to build speed.
- Avoid blind guessing, because each wrong answer costs 0.5 mark.
