TISSNET question papers for 2016, 2017, 2018, 2022 and 2023 are free to download here as an archive, with the answer under every question in 2017 and the provisional answer key in the 2023 PDF. TISSNET has not been held since its 25 February 2023 edition: for 2027-28, TISS admits Master’s students on CUET PG 2027 scores (tentatively 1 to 25 March 2027) and on CAT 2026 scores for four Mumbai programmes, so use these papers for general awareness, reasoning and verbal practice only.

How TISSNET Changed (2016–2023)
- 2016 and 2017: four sections: General Awareness, Logical Reasoning, Mathematics and Verbal Ability. The 2017 paper had 100 questions.
- 2018: three sections: General Awareness (40 questions), Quantitative Ability (30) and Verbal Ability.
- 2022 and 2023: three sections: General Awareness, Mathematics and Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Reasoning. 2023 was the last TISSNET.
How to Use TISSNET Previous Year Papers?
- Use them for skills, not for pattern. CUET PG and CAT have their own patterns, so treat these papers as practice sets for reasoning, maths and verbal questions rather than as mock tests.
- Start with 2023 and 2017. They are the only two with answers: the 2023 PDF carries the provisional key and the 2017 paper prints the correct option under each question.
- Skip dated current affairs. General Awareness questions are tied to their year; the 2016 paper asks about 2015 events such as the Paris climate summit. Learn the question style, not the facts.
- Read the 2022 and 2018 copies with care. They are candidate response copies, so the option shown is the candidate’s choice, not the correct answer. The 2022 copy’s General Awareness section also starts at question 4.

Do I need a separate TISS form after CUET PG?
