The WB ANM GNM 2027 result will be a rank card with your total score and separate General Merit Ranks for ANM(R) and GNM, downloaded from the WBJEEB candidate sign-in. It is expected in July 2027. In 2026 the final keys and rank cards came on 29 July 2026, about six weeks after the exam.

- Click the Rank Card for ANM(R) & GNM 2027 link.
- Sign in with your application number, password and the security pin shown.
- View your rank card and check your name, score and ranks.
- Print it with the portal’s Print option; screenshots and phone photos are not accepted at counselling.

What does the WB ANM GNM 2027 rank card show?
The bulletin says the rank card shows your total score and all your relevant ranks. WBJEEB does not publish a rank list or score list.
How is the WB ANM GNM 2027 merit list prepared?
Candidates are ranked by total marks, with two separate ranks for ANM(R) and GNM, each called the General Merit Rank (GMR). Seats are allotted by GMR only; category ranks are for information. Ties are broken in this order:
- Fewer negative marks in total
- More positive marks in Life Science, then Physical Science, Basic English, Mathematics, General Knowledge and Logical Reasoning
- More positive marks in subject groups, starting with Life Science and Physical Science together
- Fewer negative marks in the same subject groups
- Older candidate by date of birth, then earlier application number
Every candidate who sits the exam gets a rank card with a score, but WBJEEB sets a cut-off rank or score, so not everyone gets a rank or can join counselling.
What is the expected WB ANM GNM 2027 cut off?
There is no published pass mark; admission depends on your rank. As a reference for 2027, these are the 2025 opening and closing ranks (Open category, Home State) at selected government schools, from WBJEEB’s official ORCR report. ANM(R) rows use the ANM rank and GNM rows the GNM rank.

Private GNM institutes admitted Open-category candidates up to about GMR 65,000 in 2025, and reserved-category ranks go higher. WBJEEB has not linked a 2026 ORCR report on its ANM & GNM page, and 2027 ranks will depend on the seat matrix and the number of candidates.
What happens after the WB ANM GNM 2027 result?
WBJEEB runs online e-counselling for the seats. In 2026 it had three rounds from 14 August to 7 September 2026, each with fresh registration and choice filling. See the 2026 counselling notification for the full rules.
- Register with a valid GMR, pay the one-time Rs 500 fee, and fill and lock your choices of institute and course. WBJEEB advises at least 20 choices.
- Check the seat allotment and pay the Rs 1,000 seat acceptance fee online if it is your first allotment.
- Report to the allotted institute with your allotment letter, rank card, Class 10 admit card, Class 12 marksheet, domicile and category certificates and a medical fitness certificate.
- If you got your first choice, you must take admission; otherwise choose Yes upgradation to try for a better seat in the next round.
- Reserved seats left vacant are not converted to unreserved seats in any round.
