No. ACPC M.Arch is a counselling process, not a test. ACPC collects applications, publishes a merit list and allots M.Arch seats at an offline counselling session in Ahmedabad.
The score you need comes from PGETA, the Postgraduate Entrance Test in Architecture held by the Council of Architecture (CoA). Since the June 2025 amendment to the Gujarat M.Arch admission rules, the merit list is prepared on a valid PGETA score of the same academic year. PGCET is not used.
ACPC M.Arch is one course stream of ACPC Gujarat counselling. The bachelor’s course has its own process, ACPC B.Arch.

How does ACPC M.Arch counselling work?

- Check your name on the provisional merit list. No separate call letter is issued.
- Attend counselling in person at the ACPC Building, L.D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad, at the reporting time, with all original certificates for verification.
- If you confirm a seat at a self-financed institute or Centre of Excellence, pay Rs 20,000 in cash as token tuition fee.
- Report to the admitting institute by the date in the notice (27 July in 2026).
- Seats left vacant go to institute-level admission. You apply to each institute separately; candidates not on the ACPC merit list pay Rs 1,000 per institute.
Institutes fill vacant seats first from the ACPC merit list, then from other eligible candidates. Data on how many seats stayed vacant is on the ACPC M.Arch cut off page.
