ACPC Seat Allotment 2027
This page shows how to check your ACPC merit number and seat allotment, what to do after a seat is allotted, and how many rounds ACPC holds.
How to Check the ACPC 2027 Seat Allotment Result
- Go to the ACPC online admission portal, gujacpc.admissions.nic.in, and open your course (BE/BTech, Pharmacy, MBA/MCA and so on).
- Log in with your User ID and password, and type the security pin shown on the screen.
- Open your Candidate Profile. Your merit number is shown under Rank Details.
- After a round is declared, open the allotment result to see your allotted institute and course.
- If you accept the seat, pay the token tuition fee online and generate your admission letter before the window closes.
ACPC also posts round-wise analysis PDFs (rank-wise, institute-wise and program-wise) on acpc.gujarat.gov.in after each round. These show the first and last rank allotted, not your personal result.
How do you read your ACPC merit number?
Your merit number is a code, and its first digits show which merit list it belongs to. ACPC’s 2026-27 guides explain it like this:
- MBA/MCA: the first digit is 1 for MBA and 2 for MCA, and the last four digits are your rank in that course. All India quota numbers start with 99.
- B.Arch: Home State codes start with 11 (NATA rank) or 12 (JEE rank); All India codes start with 31 (NATA) or 32 (JEE).
- Engineering cut-off lists for JEE-based All India seats show such coded merit numbers (for example 900076), not the JEE Main rank itself.
Official guides: MBA/MCA merit number guide and B.Arch merit rank guide.
What should you do after ACPC allots you a seat?
You must act within the dates given for that round, or the seat is lost.
- Accept: pay the token tuition fee online and download the admission letter.
- Not interested: cancel or withdraw the admission online in the stated window. Refunds follow the government rule on cancellation of admission and refund of fees.
- Want a better choice: take part in the next round as that round’s notice allows.
- Finally, report at the institute and pay the remaining fees by the last reporting date (28 July 2026 for degree engineering last year).
How many rounds does ACPC hold?
In 2026-27 degree engineering had a mock round, three main online rounds, an online round for Govt and GIA institutes, and offline vacant-seat rounds. The 2027 dates are expected to follow a similar pattern.
| Round (BE/BTech 2026-27) | Allotment date |
|---|---|
| Mock round result | 17 June 2026 |
| Round 1 | 25 June 2026 |
| Round 2 | 15 July 2026 |
| Round 3 | 25 July 2026 |
| Online round (Govt and GIA institutes) | 1 August 2026 |
| Offline vacant-seat round 2 (Govt and GIA) | 3 September 2026 |
Last admitted ranks from these rounds are on the ACPC cut off page.
What are ACPC offline vacant-seat rounds?
After the online rounds, ACPC fills remaining Govt and GIA seats offline at the ACPC Building, L.D. College of Engineering campus, Ahmedabad. It publishes a provisional merit list and vacancy list first, and you attend on the given date with original documents.
For the pharmacy offline round 2 on 22 October 2026, candidates must bring originals with one copy, the token tuition fee of Rs 2,100 in cash and the Rs 350 registration fee. Candidates who missed registration or passed a supplementary exam can also apply if they meet PCI and state rules.
