Latest (10 October 2026): The 2026 counselling is still running: MBBS Phase-II and NCC allotments are out and Phase-III (mop-up) is awaited, so there is no 2026 last-rank list yet. Dr NTR UHS published the 2025-26 MBBS last ranks on 7 May 2026.

How to check the AP NEET cut off?
- Open the Dr NTR UHS admissions last ranks page, or the official 2025-26 last-rank PDF.
- On the last ranks page, select the academic year (2025-26), degree, seat, seat type and category.
- In the PDF, find your college by its code, for example AMCV for Andhra Medical College.
- Read the column for your category: it shows the NEET score and rank of the last candidate admitted.
- Compare your NEET UG rank with that rank, not only your marks.
The PDF covers Competent Authority Quota MBBS seats up to Phase-III of 2025-26, without special categories. Dr NTR UHS says it is for information only and cannot be used to assess 2026-27.

How should you read these AP NEET closing ranks?
- Each figure is the NEET rank and score of the last candidate admitted in that college and category, up to Phase-III of 2025-26.
- Special category seats (PwBD, NCC, CAP, sports, Scouts and Guides, PMC) are not included and can close much lower.
- All India Quota seats (MCC) and Management Quota seats (Category B and C) are not in this list.
- NEET UG marks change with each year’s paper, so judge your chances by rank.

For Category A seats in 2025-26, OC closing ranks ranged from 49,363 (502) at NRI Medical College, Chinnakakani to 89,899 (471) at Anna Gowri Medical College, Tirupati. Management Quota seats are filled from a separate merit list.
When will the AP NEET 2026 cut off be released?
Dr NTR UHS has not given a date. The 2025-26 last ranks were published on 7 May 2026, after that year’s counselling ended, so expect the 2026-27 list after the current admissions close.
Does the official list cover BDS or All India Quota seats?
The 2025-26 PDF covers MBBS Competent Authority Quota seats only. All India Quota seats are filled by MCC. For other courses, use the last ranks page on drntr.uhsap.in, where you choose the degree.
