How the AP PGECET Papers Changed (2015–2026)
- 2015: a pen-and-paper test with printed Set A booklets and an OMR answer sheet, 14 papers including Aerospace Engineering.
- 2018: the test moved online as a computer-based test, still with 14 papers including Aerospace Engineering.
- 2019 onwards: 13 papers, with no Aerospace paper. The 120-question, 120-minute, no-negative pattern has stayed the same every year.
How to Use AP PGECET Previous Year Papers?
- Work at a minute a question. 120 questions in 120 minutes gives 60 seconds each. Most engineering papers open with Engineering Mathematics, so practise finishing that section quickly to keep time for your core subjects.
- Answer all 120 questions. There is no negative marking, so a guess can only add marks. Fill every answer before time ends.
- Aim well above 30 marks. You need 25%, or 30 out of 120, for a rank (no minimum for SC and ST). Score each attempt and track how far above 30 you are.
- Solve your branch from 2026 back to 2021 first. Those master papers mark the correct option in green, so you can check every answer. Then use 2018 to 2020 with their separate keys.
- Plan for April 2027. The notification is expected in February 2027, so about six months remain. One paper a week covers all ten years of your branch before the test.

No. The papers on this page are from 2015 and from 2018 to 2026.
