Assam JMEE 2027 (Joint MCA Entrance Examination) is the state-level test Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) holds for MCA admission in Assam’s government engineering colleges (Assam Engineering College and Jorhat Engineering College in 2026). Dates are not announced yet. Based on 2026, the application is expected in May 2027 and the exam in June 2027.

How to Apply for Assam JMEE 2027
You apply online on ASTU’s JLEE and JMEE login portal after the JMEE 2027 notification is out, which is expected in May 2027. The window is short: in 2026 the form was open only from 11 to 19 May 2026. ASTU does not accept paper forms or fees in cash.
Apply Online for Assam JMEE 2027
Applications for Assam JMEE 2027 are expected in May 2027.
- Read the JMEE 2027 notification on astu.ac.in and check the eligibility rules below. ASTU says the login portal link is given only on its own website.
- Register on the JLEE and JMEE login portal and note your application number and password. You need them for the admit card, answer key challenge and score card.
- Fill in your personal, category and graduation details.
- Upload your photograph and signature in the size the portal asks for.
- Pay the fee online through the SBI Collect link on the ASTU website before the last date. The payment can take 1 to 2 days to show as successful.
- Print the submitted form and keep it for counselling. Do not post it or any document to ASTU.

If your payment still shows as pending after 2 days, call the helpline on the ASTU website at once. ASTU does not consider payment complaints received after the last date. In 2026 it answered JMEE exam queries only at [email protected].
Who can apply for Assam JMEE 2027?
You can get an MCA seat through Assam JMEE if you are an Indian citizen with an Assam PRC, aged 20 to 26, and hold a 3-year bachelor’s degree with Mathematics and the minimum marks below.

How many MCA seats are filled through Assam JMEE?
JMEE 2026 filled 66 MCA seats in two government colleges: 33 at Assam Engineering College, Guwahati and 33 at Jorhat Engineering College.

What is the Assam JMEE 2027 exam pattern?
Assam JMEE is a single 3-hour offline paper of 100 multiple choice questions for 400 marks. ASTU used the same question split in 2023 and 2026.
