ICAI has announced that due to paucity of accommodation in certain Zones opted by the candidates in the cities of Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Indore, Mumbai, Pune, Surat, Vadodara, Vasai some of the candidates have been allotted examinations centres in the zone other than the zone opted by them in the said cities. Hence, due to this, the candidate’s request to tranfer to an exam centre as opted by them will not be entertained.

Candidates can download the CA Foundation 2019 Admit Card by simply following the instructions as below:
Step 1: Click on the direct link on this page to download the CA Foundation Admit Card.
Step 2: Next, the candidates have to enter their login id and password.
Step 3: Click on the “Login” button to submit the details.

CA Foundation Nov 2019 Exam Pattern
ICAI CA Foundation Course comprises of four papers, out of 4 papers, 2 papers are subjective type (Paper 1 & 2) and rest of the 2 papers are objective type (Paper 3 & 4). The candidates who will appeaer for the exam must be well familiar with the exam pattern as it is provided below.

Marking Scheme – After the candidates have checked the exam pattern, the next most important thing to know about the exam is its marking scheme to avoid any surprises during the exam.
- There is no negative marking for an incorrect answer in Paper 1 and 2.
- There is a negative marking for an incorrecr answer in Paper 3 and 4. For a wrong answer, ¼ (one-fourth) marks are deducted.
CA Foundation 2019 Result
The result for CA Foundation 2019 exam is released online at the official website of ICAI. Soon after the declaration of result, the Statement of Marks is sent by post. A Rank certificate/Merit List is also released by ICAI soon after the declaration of result. In order to pass CA Foundation exam, candidates need to obtain a minimum of 40 marks in each paper and a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of all the 4 papers, in one sitting.
About CA Foundation 2019
The Foundation Examination is a gateway to enter the profession of Chartered Accountancy. The exam is conducted twice in a year – once in the month of May and once in the month of November. The language of Question Paper Booklet is in English/ Hindi language except for Papers 3 & 4 will be in English Medium only. Qualifiers in CA Foundation are then eligible to register for the Intermediate Course.
