Chhattisgarh Pre Agriculture Test (CG PAT) is conducted by Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, Raipur in order to grant admission to candidates in Agriculture and Horticulture colleges of Indira Gandhi Agricultural University [also known as Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya (IGKV)]. The exam is usually conducted in three subject groups – Agriculture Group, Physics, Chemistry, Maths Group and Physics, Chemistry, Biology Group. Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. CG PAT eligibility criteria is given below:
- Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian national.
- Upper age limit: 30 years
- Educational Qualification: Candidate must have passed their class 12th with an aggregate of 35% marks in the following subjects – Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry/ Physics, chemistry, life sciences/ Agricultural Mathematics and Agricultural Science/ Horticulture and crop production.
