The CITKEE 2027 result is expected in June 2027. In 2026 it was declared on 24 June at 5:00 PM, 17 days after the test. CIT Kokrajhar puts score cards on its admission portal and publishes selection lists by region and category, which decide who is called for counselling at the campus.

How to Check the CITKEE 2027 Result
Score cards are downloaded from the Result Declared box on the admission portal home page.
- Open the CIT Kokrajhar admission portal after the result is declared.
- In the Result Declared box, click Download Score next to your programme: Diploma, Diploma AMT, B.Tech direct, B.Tech lateral/vertical, B.Des, M.Tech or M.Des.
- If you took CITKEE, enter your roll number.
- If you applied through JEE Main, UCEED, GATE or CEED, enter your form number and select the score type.
- Submit, then download your score card and keep a printout for counselling.
The result and the selected list are also put up on the institute notice board and website.
What does the CITKEE 2027 merit list show?
Selection and waiting lists are published as notices on the portal. The 2026 lists showed each candidate’s marks with an overall, region and category rank.
How are CITKEE ranks decided?
Ranks follow total marks. When totals tie, subject marks are compared in this order:
- Diploma in Engineering: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English
- Diploma AMT: Part B, Part A, then Section 4 of Part A
- Diploma lateral entry: Mathematics, Science, Computer Awareness, English Communication
- B.Tech direct entry and B.Des: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English
- B.Tech lateral entry: total of Papers I and II, then Paper II, then Paper I
Merit lists are drawn up separately for each region (BTR, North-East, All India) and category. BTR and North-East candidates who applied through JEE Main are ranked on their JEE Main scores in the same way.
What happens after the CITKEE 2027 result?
Shortlisted candidates attend counselling in person at the CIT Kokrajhar campus, programme by programme. Going by 2026, when the first round ran from 30 June to 7 July, counselling should start about a week after the result.
- Download and fill the counselling form for your programme from the portal before your date.
- Report by 8:45 AM; if you are absent when your name is called, you may lose the seat.
- Branches are allotted by merit within your region and category.
- Pay the admission fee online the same day, or the seat is cancelled.
- Being called does not guarantee a seat; it depends on document checks and vacancies.
- Later rounds call candidates from the waiting list, and seats still vacant go to a spot admission round.
Carry originals and photocopies of your scorecard (CITKEE, JEE Main, UCEED or GATE), age proof, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and pass certificates (Class 12 not needed for Diploma), diploma or degree papers where relevant, PRC for BTR candidates or domicile certificate for others, category certificate, migration and character certificates, medical and eye fitness certificates from a government health centre, gap certificate if any, anti-ragging affidavit and the student undertaking.
