CMA Intermediate previous year question papers from six ICMAI terms, December 2023 to June 2026, are free to download here: all eight Syllabus 2022 papers (Papers 5 to 12) for each term, 48 papers in all. Each paper is a 3-hour, 100-mark offline exam, and you pass with 40% in every paper and 50% in aggregate, so the June 2026 and December 2025 papers are the ones to solve before the December 2026 term.

How to Use CMA Intermediate Previous Year Papers?
- Write each paper in 3 hours. Sit from 2 to 5 PM, the exam slot, and write full answers. Group papers run on alternate dates, so practise one paper a day in the last fortnight.
- Follow the section weights. Some papers lean heavily on one part: Financial Management is 80% of Paper 11, Corporate Laws 40% of Paper 5 and Decision Making Tools 30% of Paper 12. Check which parts the six terms tested most.
- Aim for 40 in every paper. You need 40 in each paper and 50% overall. In June 2026 only 23.93% of Group I candidates passed, so find your weakest paper early.
- Solve the latest terms first. Start with June 2026 and December 2025, then go back to December 2023. With the December 2026 papers six weeks away, one full group of papers a week is a good pace.
