How to Get the CMC Ludhiana B.Sc Nursing 2027 Admit Card
You get the admit card in person, and only you can collect it. In 2026 cards were handed out from 9 to 11 June, 9 AM to 5 PM, and on exam day till 12 noon.
- Make sure your online form, fee and signed hard copy reached the Registrar by the deadline.
- Check the provisional list of applicants with roll numbers on the CMC Ludhiana website (published on 5 June in 2026).
- Go to the Registrar’s office, CMC Ludhiana, on the collection days given in the notice.
- Show your Aadhaar card or another original government photo ID.
- Collect your admit card and check your name, roll number, timings and centre address.
If you collect it on exam day, report earlier than the 1:00 PM reporting time. Report any mistake on the card to the Registrar’s office at once.

- Report to the centre by 1:00 PM. No one is allowed in after 1:30 PM.
- The test runs from 2:00 to 4:00 PM; Christian Minority category candidates stay till 4:30 PM for the Bible Test.
- You cannot leave the hall before the test ends.
- Mobile phones, pagers, calculators and all electronic devices are not allowed in the exam room.
- If your photo or signature does not match your form, you can be refused entry.
The admit card is needed again at counselling, so keep it safe after the test.
