- Check the counselling notice for the date, time and roll numbers called.
- Report in person with one parent or guardian at most.
- Bring your original documents and 3 sets of self-attested photocopies, including the AWT admit card, Aadhaar, Class 10 and 12 marksheets, domicile certificate and, if relevant, caste or church sponsorship papers.
- Bring a demand draft for the full first-year fee in favour of Christian Medical College Ludhiana Society, payable at Ludhiana. Cash and cheques are not accepted.
- Complete document scrutiny and fee payment to confirm your seat.
Vacant seats go to later rounds: for the 2026 session a 3rd counselling for 40 vacant seats is scheduled on 22 October 2026 (official notice).
