How to Check the AP EdCET 2027 Result
The result and rank card are online only. In 2026 results and ranks were declared on 26 May, 18 days after the 8 May exam.
- Open the official rank card page or click Download Rank Card on the AP EdCET home page.
- Enter your registration number, AP EdCET hall ticket number and date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy).
- Submit the details. Your rank card opens on screen.
- Check your name, hall ticket number, methodology, marks and rank.
- Download and print the rank card. You need it for counselling.
To see only your result, the Results page asks for your registration number and AP EdCET hall ticket number.
What is on the AP EdCET rank card?
The rank card shows your marks and your rank within the methodology you took.
How are AP EdCET ranks decided?
Candidates who reach the qualifying marks are ranked in each methodology in order of their total marks.
- If two candidates have the same total, the one with more marks in Part C (methodology) ranks higher.
- If the tie remains, Part A (General English) marks decide it.
- Candidates with equal marks in every part are bracketed together; at admission the older candidate gets priority.
- A rank is valid only for admissions in that academic year.
What is the expected AP EdCET 2027 cut off?
The official AP EdCET cut off is the qualifying mark you need to get a rank. These are the 2026 figures from the official instruction booklet; college-wise closing ranks come from counselling and are not part of the result.

A rank obtained with the SC or ST relaxation is cancelled if the caste claim is later found invalid.
What happens after the AP EdCET 2027 result?
After the result, the Commissionerate of Higher Education runs web counselling for B.Ed and B.Ed Special Education seats on cap.apcfss.in. You register with Aadhaar authentication, pay a processing fee, upload your certificates, enter web options for colleges and report to the college you are allotted. For 2026 the processing fee was Rs 1,250 for OC and BC and Rs 650 for SC, ST and PwBD candidates.
Keep your rank card, hall ticket, degree marks memos, study certificates and caste or EWS certificates ready as PDFs. Candidates in special categories (PwBD, CAP, NCC, sports, Scouts and Guides) also attend physical verification at a named help line centre.
