AP EdCET Answer Key 2027: Master Papers, Response Sheet, Objections

The AP EdCET 2027 preliminary answer key is expected in May 2027, a few days after the exam, on cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. It comes as master question papers with the keys marked, along with your response sheet. You can object to an answer for Rs 300 per question, refunded only if the objection is valid.

How to Download the AP EdCET 2027 Answer Key

The preliminary key is published as master question papers for each methodology with the correct options marked. In 2026 it came out on 12 May, four days after the 8 May exam.

1. Open the Master Question Papers with Preliminary Keys page on the AP EdCET website.
2. Choose the paper for your methodology and shift (Urdu-medium papers are listed separately).
3. Open the PDF. Correct options are shown in green with a tick.
4. Download it and compare it with your response sheet.

How to get the AP EdCET response sheet?

The response sheet shows the answers recorded for you in the computer-based test. It is released with the preliminary key.

1. Open the official response sheet page or click Response Sheets on the AP EdCET home page.
2. Enter your registration number and AP EdCET hall ticket number.
3. Submit, then download your response sheet.

How to raise an objection on the AP EdCET preliminary key?

You can challenge any answer in the preliminary key during the objection window, which ran from 12 to 14 May in 2026.

• Raise the objection online through the key objections link on the AP EdCET website.
• The fee is Rs 300 for each question you challenge. It is refunded only if the objection is found valid.
• An expert committee decides on the objections. Its decision is final, and no further correspondence is entertained.
• You can see the objections you already raised under My Objections, and check your objection fee under Know Your Objection Payment Status.

How to Calculate Your AP EdCET Score from the Answer Key

1. Match each answer in your response sheet with the key for your paper.
2. Give 1 mark for every correct answer. There is no negative marking, so wrong or blank answers cost nothing.
3. Add up the marks out of 150.
4. Compare with the qualifying mark: 37 out of 150 (25%) for all candidates except SC and ST, who have no minimum. Women in the Physical Sciences and Mathematics methodologies also have no minimum.
