AP EdCET previous year question papers for every year from 2019 to 2026 are free to download here, all five methodology papers each year plus Urdu-medium versions for 2021, 2022 and 2026, and every year has its answers: separate keys for 2019 and 2020 and marked master papers from 2021. The test is 150 one-mark questions in 2 hours with no negative marking (Parts A and B common, Part C your methodology), so the 8 May 2026 papers are the closest match to the test expected in May 2027.

How to Use AP EdCET Previous Year Papers?
- Spend 48 seconds a question. 150 questions in 120 minutes. Finish the 50 common questions of Parts A and B in about 35 minutes to leave 85 for your 100 methodology questions.
- Mark an answer for every question. There is no negative marking, so a guess can only add marks. Never submit with blanks.
- Solve your methodology across all eight years. Each year page has all five methodology papers, so you can solve eight Part C papers in your own subject, from 2019 to 2026.
- Use Parts A and B from every paper. General English, GK and Teaching Aptitude are common to all methodologies. The other four papers of each year give you extra Part A and B practice.
- Plan for May 2027. The notification is expected in February 2027, about six months away. One timed paper a week, newest first, covers all eight years before the test.

How many questions are there in AP EdCET?
150 multiple-choice questions of 1 mark each in 2 hours: 25 in General English, 25 in GK and Teaching Aptitude, and 100 in your chosen methodology.
Is there negative marking in AP EdCET?
No. Wrong answers lose no marks, so answer every question.
Do the AP EdCET papers have answer keys?
Yes, every year. 2019 and 2020 have separate keys for each methodology, and the papers from 2021 to 2026 are master papers with the correct options marked.
Are AP EdCET Urdu-medium papers available?
Yes. All five 2021 methodologies, four 2022 methodologies and four 2026 methodologies (official links) are here in Urdu medium. Urdu-medium candidates get the paper in English and Urdu.
Which AP EdCET methodology paper should I solve?
Solve the paper for the methodology you chose for Part C. Parts A and B are the same in every paper, so the other papers are useful for those sections.
How was AP EdCET 2026 held?
On 8 May 2026 in two shifts: Mathematics, Physical Science and Biological Science from 9:00 to 11:00 AM, and Social Studies and English from 12:30 to 2:30 PM. Dravidian University, Kuppam conducted it for APSCHE.
