Why does the photo on your IGRUA admit card matter?

IGRUA matches your face against the photo on your application and admit card at every stage, and a mismatch can cancel your candidature.

Use a recent passport-size photo; in 2026, photos taken before 1 January 2026 could lead to cancellation.
Show only the face, from the top of the head to the Adam’s apple, with both ears visible.
Use a plain white background.
The photo must still match how you look at the interview.

What documents do you need for the IGRUA interview?

If you clear the written test, bring the originals and one photocopy of each of these to the interview and pilot aptitude test, as listed in the 2026 advertisement:

The admit card downloaded for the written test
Proof of date of birth, such as the Class 10 certificate
10+2 marksheet; boards other than CBSE, ICSE and state boards need an AIU equivalence certificate
Caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC/EWS, an OBC non-creamy layer certificate, and an EWS certificate from an officer not below Tehsildar
Aadhaar card updated with your latest photograph
Sports achievement certificates from the previous three years only
