The IGRUA result 2027, the final selection list for the Ab-initio to CPL course, is expected in June 2027 after the online test, interview and pilot aptitude test. In 2026 IGRUA scheduled it on or after 26 June 2026 on its website and by email and SMS. Selected candidates then pay commitment money to secure a batch.

How to Check the IGRUA Result 2027
IGRUA announces the final result on its website and informs candidates by email and SMS.
- Open the IGRUA official website and go to the Entrance section around the result date.
- Open the final result notice or list for the Ab-initio to CPL course.
- Look for your roll number or name, and check the email and SMS sent to your registered contacts.
- Follow the instructions in the result notice on payments, documents and joining.
Candidates who clear the written test are told separately, through the interview schedule, before this final result.
How is the IGRUA final merit list prepared?
Final selection is on merit across all stages, not on the written test alone.
- Merit adds your 10+2 marks in Physics, Mathematics and English to your marks in the written test, English proficiency, interview and pilot aptitude test.
- Only candidates who pass the pilot aptitude or psychometric test can be selected, with no relaxation for any category.
- The written-test cut-off for SC, ST, OBC and EWS candidates is 5% below the score of the last General candidate.
- Reserved seats left unfilled after this relaxation are offered to General candidates.
- IGRUA does not publish cut-off marks or individual scorecards.
What happens after the IGRUA 2027 result?
Selected candidates must pay the initial amounts quickly, because batches are allotted on a first come, first served basis.
- Pay the commitment money by the deadline in the result notice (7 July 2026 for the 2026 entrance).
- Clear the DGCA Class 1 medical and submit the fitness certificate.
- Complete admission papers, including the indemnity bond, to become an IGRUA cadet.
- Join your batch; in 2026 the first batch joined on 21 July 2026 and the second starts in January 2027.
