The IPU CET 2027 answer key is the set of correct answers GGSIPU uploads on cet.ggsipu.ac.in, with the question paper, after each CET. It is expected on the day of each test from late April to May 2027, with three days to raise objections at Rs 200 per question. In 2026 the first keys came on 25 April 2026.

How to Check the IPU CET 2027 Answer Key
- Open the GGSIPU CET portal on the day of your test or the next day.
- Click Raise an Objection under Student Login.
- Log in with your roll number, date of birth (DD-MM-YYYY) and the captcha.
- Open the question paper and answer key for your CET code and compare them with the answers you marked.
The key stays online only for the objection window, which closed at 6:00 PM on the third day after each test in 2026. Download or note it before then.
How do I raise an objection to the IPU CET answer key?
You can challenge a question or its answer online only, through your login on the CET portal, within three days of the test.
- Log in to the objection link with your roll number and date of birth.
- Mark the questions you want to challenge, as shown on the portal.
- Pay Rs 200 for each question challenged, online.
- Submit before the deadline in the notice for your test date, for example 6:00 PM on 28 April 2026 for the 25 April 2026 tests.
An objection is considered only after the fee is paid. GGSIPU does not accept objections by email, post or in person, and no representation is taken after the result is declared.
How do I calculate my IPU CET score from the answer key?
- Correct answer: +4 marks.
- Wrong answer, or more than one option marked: -1 mark.
- Question left blank: 0 marks.
- Maximum: 400 marks for 100 questions.
Score = (4 x correct) – (1 x wrong). For example, 70 correct and 18 wrong gives 280 – 18 = 262 out of 400. Your rank depends on how others score in the same CET code, so compare with the IPU CET cut off ranks rather than marks.
Does GGSIPU publish marks with the IPU CET result?
No. GGSIPU publishes rank lists, not marksheets, and does not send marks or ranks to candidates. Your own calculation from the answer key is the only way to estimate your marks. The ranks come out on the IPU CET 2027 result page.
