In 2026 J&K BOPEE said the key would go up at around 6:00 PM on 16 May or by 2:00 PM the next day, and stay online until 5:00 PM on 19 May. The key is removed after three days, so save a copy.

You can challenge an answer through a written representation on the prescribed format, supported by proof from standard textbooks.
- Download the representation format from the BOPEE website, or collect it at the BOPEE office in Srinagar or Jammu.
- Fill in the question and your answer, and attach proof from a standard textbook.
- Pay Rs 1,000 per representation through the POS machine at the BOPEE office (debit card, credit card or ATM card).
- Submit it so it reaches the BOPEE office in Srinagar or Jammu within the set window; in 2026 this was 18 to 20 May.
Experts review the representations, and their decision is final. A revised key, if needed, is uploaded and applied to every candidate’s OMR sheet. No representation is accepted against the revised key, and OMR sheets are not re-evaluated.
How to Calculate Your JKBOPEE Post Basic B.Sc Nursing Score
- Count your correct answers and give 1 mark for each.
- Count your wrong answers, including questions where you darkened more than one circle, and subtract 0.25 mark for each.
- Give 0 for questions you left blank.
- The result is your estimated score out of 120.
For example, 90 correct and 20 wrong answers give 90 minus 5, or 85 marks. You need at least 10 marks to be considered for admission. Your final score appears in the merit list on the JKBOPEE Post Basic B.Sc Nursing result page.
