How is the JKBOPEE Post Basic B.Sc Nursing 2027 paper marked?
Each correct answer gets 1 mark and each wrong answer loses 0.25 mark, with no marks for an unanswered question. There are no optional sections, and the test lasts 2 hours.
- Questions are MCQs with four options (1, 2, 3, 4), answered by darkening one circle on the OMR sheet with a blue or black ball point pen.
- Darkening more than one circle counts as a wrong answer; a faint or incomplete mark is not read by the scanner.
- The question booklet comes in four series (A, B, C, D), and the medium is English only.
- A score below 10 marks rules a candidate out of admission.

- Start with Medical Surgical Nursing and Community Health Nursing. Together they carry 71 of the 120 marks.
- Revise your GNM second and third year textbooks, since the questions test knowledge, understanding and application of that course.
