- Read the e-Information Brochure on jkbopee.gov.in. It has the eligibility rules, syllabus, seats and form instructions.
- Open the online application for Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing 2027, fill in the form, upload your photograph, signature and thumb impression (JPEG), enter the captcha and save.
- Enter the OTP sent to your email or mobile and submit. Note the application number that is generated.
- Pay the fee online by debit card, credit card or net banking, using your application number and date of birth.
- Upload your documents as PDFs of 100 to 200 KB each: domicile certificate, Class 10 certificate for date of birth, Class 12 marks card, GNM marks cards of all years or semesters, and any reserved category certificate.
- Print the submitted application form and keep it safe.

Who can apply for JKBOPEE Post Basic B.Sc Nursing 2027?
You can apply if you are a domicile of J&K or Ladakh, have passed 10+2, hold the GNM certificate and are registered as RNRM (Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife) with the J&K Nursing Council. These are the 2026 rules; the 2027 notification will confirm them.
- Domicile: J&K domicile certificate. For Ladakh candidates, an ST certificate from the competent authority of Ladakh counts as the domicile certificate.
- Qualification: 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board, plus the General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) certificate.
- Male nurses trained before the integrated course must show INC-approved training of similar length in an area such as OT techniques, psychiatric nursing or community health nursing, in place of midwifery.
- Final-year GNM candidates whose result is pending can apply, but must show the final marks card at admission.
- You must be medically fit.
What is the JKBOPEE Post Basic B.Sc Nursing 2027 exam pattern?
The CET is a 2-hour offline OMR test of 120 multiple choice questions in English, based on the GNM course of the second and third years. Each question carries 1 mark, and 0.25 mark is deducted for every wrong answer.
