The State CET Cell has not announced MH CET LLB 3 Year 2027 dates yet. In 2026 the schedule came out on 21 November 2025 and the exam was held on 1 and 2 April 2026, so the 2027 schedule is expected in November 2026 and the exam around April 2027.

How to Apply for MH CET LLB 3 Year 2027
You apply for MH CET LLB 3 Year 2027 online on cetcell.mahacet.org once registration opens, expected in January 2027. In 2026 registration opened on 8 January and, after three extensions, closed on 3 March 2026. The steps and fee below follow the 2026 information brochure.
Apply Online for MH CET LLB 3 Year 2027
Applications for MH CET LLB 3 Year 2027 are expected in January 2027.
- Update your Aadhaar card and create an APAAR ID through DigiLocker. APAAR ID was mandatory for CET registration in 2026.
- Go to cetcell.mahacet.org, open the LLB 3 Yrs CET registration link and choose New Registration with your name, mobile number and email ID.
- Note the provisional registration number and password sent to your mobile and email.
- Fill in your personal, category and academic details, spelling your name exactly as it appears on your certificates and mark sheets.
- Upload a recent colour photograph (20 to 50 KB) and your signature in black ink (10 to 20 KB), both in JPG format.
- Choose your preferred exam centres in Maharashtra, preview the form and click Final Submit. Nothing can be changed after this.
- Pay the fee online, then print the application form and e-receipt. You will need them again at admission.

The fee is not refunded. A form filled for one CET cannot be used for another course, so register for the LLB 3 Yrs CET and not the five-year LLB CET.
How to log in to the MH CET LLB 3 Year 2027 candidate portal?
The State CET Cell’s CET (Examination) portal is where you fill and edit the LLB 3 Yrs CET form, pay the fee, download the hall ticket, see the answer key and raise objections in the Objection Tracker, and get your score card. CAP admission after the result uses a separate CAP portal.
- Open the State CET Cell website and click the CET (Examination) Portal link. The portal for A.Y. 2027-28 will open with MH CET LLB 3 Year 2027 registration, expected in January 2027; the portal live now is for A.Y. 2026-27.
- New candidates click Register to create an account with their name, mobile number and email ID. A provisional registration number and password are sent by SMS and email.
- On the Sign In page, enter your registered email ID and password.
- After you sign in, the home page lists all the CET courses. Click the MAH-LL.B. 3 Yrs CET link to fill, complete or pay for your form.
- Use Edit Profile at the top right of the home page to change your registration details. The same login later shows the hall ticket, the Objection Tracker and your score card when they go live.

Who can apply for MH CET LLB 3 Year 2027?
You can apply if you are an Indian national with a bachelor’s degree in any subject, earned after Class 10 and Class 12, with the minimum aggregate marks below. Final-year students can also apply, but must show the degree or provisional certificate and the mark sheets of all years when they fill the CAP form.

- Aggregate means the marks of all years or all semesters of the degree added together, whatever percentage the university prints.
- Marks are not rounded up, so 44.99% does not count as 45%.
- Your studies must follow the 10+2+3 pattern. Class 10, Class 12 and the degree may be through regular, distance, correspondence or open schooling.
- A post-graduate degree also qualifies, but a post-graduate diploma is not treated as a post-graduate degree.
- There is no upper age limit at present. The brochure says that if a limit is applied after pending court cases, it would be 30 years for Open and 35 years for SC and ST candidates of Maharashtra.
- Reserved category candidates from other states, and graduates of universities outside Maharashtra, apply in the Open category.
- NRI, OCI, PIO and foreign national candidates do not take the CET. They apply directly for admission through the foreign candidate portal.

What is the MH CET LLB 3 Year 2027 exam pattern?
MH CET LLB 3 Year is a two-hour online test of 120 multiple choice questions for 120 marks, with no negative marking.
