Odisha NEET Cut Off 2026
College-wise and category-wise closing NEET ranks for Odisha MBBS and BDS state quota seats after Round 3, how to check them and what moves the cut off.
How to Check the Odisha NEET Cut Off 2026 (closing Ranks)
OJEE does not publish a separate cut off. You read it from the round-wise allotment list, which shows each allotted candidate’s NEET AIR, state rank, category and college.
- Open the OJEE MBBS/BDS counselling page.
- Open the final allotment list of the round you want (for 2026 Round 3: Final allotment of candidates, state rank wise).
- Look at the Round 3 columns and find your target college and course (MBBS or BDS).
- Filter by your category code (for example OPNO for open, EBNO for SEBC, SCNO, STNO, EWNO). The highest NEET AIR allotted in that row is the closing rank.
The 2026 list is here: OJEE Round 3 final allotment list (10 October 2026).

Why do government and private colleges close so far apart?
Fees drive the gap. Government colleges charge Rs 37,950 a year, so they fill first: all 14 government MBBS colleges closed within AIR 29,036 for UR. Private MBBS colleges charge Rs 8.54 to 11.56 lakh a year and closed between AIR 40,764 and 60,431 for UR.
BDS at SCB Dental College, Cuttack (AIR 37,291 for UR) closed above both Hi-Tech Rourkela and Hi-Tech Bhubaneswar MBBS. Check fees and seats on the Odisha NEET counselling 2026 page before you lock choices.
What decides the Odisha NEET cut off each year?
- Seats in each college and category, as set by the OJEE seat matrix (1,572 government and 400 private MBBS seats in 2026).
- The number of Odisha candidates who register, since the state rank comes from their NEET UG All India Ranks.
- Category shares: ST 22.5%, SC 16.25%, SEBC 11.25%, with SGS, PwBD, ES and GC seats inside each group.
- Seats left by students who join All India Quota or private colleges and are filled in later rounds.
- The NEET UG difficulty that year, which moves the AIR needed for the same marks.
For the national picture, the minimum NEET UG percentile you need is on the NEET result page.
