How to Check the PGIMER M.Sc Nursing Result 2027
You check your result by logging in to the application portal. In 2026 the score card link was posted on 9 June 2026, and the merit list and counselling notice followed on 16 June 2026.
- Go to pgimer.edu.in and open the M.Sc. Nursing score card notice under Forthcoming Examinations.
- Click the score card link to open the login page.
- Log in with your user ID and password.
- Download your score card and note your percentile.
- Open the counselling notice and the provisional merit list to see if you are called.

How is the PGIMER M.Sc Nursing merit list made?
Merit is based on your percentile in the entrance test, and you must reach a minimum percentile to qualify. Separate merit lists are made for General, SC, ST and OBC, PwBD and PGI in-service candidates.

If two candidates have the same percentile, the one who passed B.Sc. Nursing in fewer attempts ranks higher. Next, higher B.Sc. Nursing marks rank higher, and then the older candidate. PGIMER calls up to three times as many qualified candidates as there are seats in each category.
What is the expected PGIMER M.Sc Nursing 2027 cut off?
The 2026 counselling cut-offs (2026, official counselling notice) are the best guide for 2027. Outside candidates in every category needed only the qualifying percentile to be called.

What happens after the PGIMER M.Sc Nursing result?
Called candidates attend physical document verification and counselling at the NINE Auditorium, PGIMER Chandigarh. In 2026 the first round was on 24 June 2026, with document verification from 8:00 AM to 12 noon and counselling at 2:00 PM.
- Bring your score card or rank letter, the printout of your application form, all original documents and one set of photocopies: Class 10 and 12 certificates, B.Sc. Nursing marksheets and degree, RN and RM registration, experience certificate, and category, PwBD or NOC documents if they apply.
- Attend document verification in person and be seated in the auditorium by 1:30 PM.
- Attend counselling, where seats and specialties are offered strictly by merit.
- Pay on the spot with two demand drafts or banker’s cheques in favour of Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh: Rs 2,650 course fee and dues and Rs 10,000 security (2026 amounts).
- Join on the date given and clear the medical examination by PGIMER’s medical board.
In the last round, unfilled reserved seats are opened to eligible candidates of any category. In 2026 admissions closed on 31 July 2026.
